Permission to Want Again

A free mini-session guide for reconnecting with desire…

gently, slowly, and on your own terms.

Life moves fast… desire frequently does not.

Especially when you have been doing for everyone else for so long.

If reconnecting with what you truly want feels awkward, foggy, or like trying to tune an old radio station through static… that make so much sense.

It is so common. Especially for women and folks socialized as women who have spent years prioritizing everyone else, staying functional, staying “fine.”

This mini-session is about learning to pause long enough to hear yourself again.

And that’s how you get finding yourself, remembering what turns you on, in the bedroom and out.

Feeling juicy and desirous, involves feeling. Sometimes we have to remember how to get to those deeper layers. That’s what this is designed to help you do.

What This Is:

Permission to Want Again Mini Guide is a short, nourishing guide you can move through at your own pace.

It’s a gentle beginning… not a deep dive.
An exhale… not a massive transformation promise.

Inside, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and wander back toward the parts of you that have been quietly whispering under all the noise.

You don’t have to be clear. You don’t have to be ready.
You don’t have to want the “right” things.

Your desires don’t even have to make sense yet.
They just get to exist.

If you’ve been feeling like something is just not quite right, this is where you start.

This mini-session is not an easy libido fix or a guide to wanting more sex. But it is the first step you need to take to get there.

It’s not a performance tool or a list of techniques or hacks.

It’s not a promise of instant clarity, big answers, or dramatic transformation.
It’s not a “do these five things and everything changes” situation.

Because those are never real anyway.
It is the actual way to get back to desire, libido and transformation, honestly.

It’s also not a deep trauma-processing experience. Or a replacement for therapy, medical care, or professional support.

It is gentle and kind.

What This Is Not:

It’s not a mindset exercise meant to override your body.
It won’t ask you to push past your edges, power through discomfort, or bypass what’s real.

It’s not a productivity project disguised as self-care.
It’s not a checklist you’re meant to rush through or complete “correctly.”

And it’s definitely not about fixing you. You don’t need fixing.

This mini-session is slow on purpose. Because desire doesn’t respond to pressure. It responds to safety.

It’s designed to come back to again and again.

This mini-session is built around three things we don’t do nearly enough of:

Permission
Letting yourself want… without immediately questioning it.
Without minimizing it.
Without telling yourself it’s impractical, selfish, or “not the right time.”

Presence
Coming back into your body in small, doable ways.
Breathing. Noticing. Letting yourself land for a moment.
No pushing. No self-improvement project. Just paying attention.

Practice
Not big life changes. Not grand declarations.
Just tiny acts of care and curiosity.
Three breaths. One slow sip. A stretch. A song.
Enough to remind your nervous system that feeling is allowed

Why This Matters:

Turning toward desire, even softly, is powerful work.

Wanting is not a flaw. It’s a feature of being human.

For many of us, desire didn’t disappear… we learned it wasn’t safe to want.

This mini-session creates space for safety first, because desire returns when it’s supported, not pushed.

Staying connected to desire isn’t a one-time moment. It’s something you return to again and again.

And each return helps you come back to yourself… your boundaries, your agency, your inner yes.

It’s compassionate. It’s practical. It’s deeply human.

It’s written to help you remember yourself… not to impress anyone else.

Who This Is For:

  • Your desire feels quiet, like a distant memory, confusing, or hard to access

  • You feel disconnected from pleasure, aliveness, or your body

  • You want a trauma-informed, non-pushy approach to desire and self-connection

  • You’re tired of being told to “just try harder,” “relax,” or “fix your mindset”

  • You want to feel more at home in your body again

It may also be for you if:

  • You’ve been in survival mode for a long time and are just starting to exhale

  • You’ve done a lot of personal growth and still feel something missing

  • You feel numb and want to understand that gently

  • You want to explore desire without pressure to define it or act on it

  • You’re curious about pleasure but need safety before spark

  • You want to rebuild trust with your body at your own pace

If you miss your libido, you’re craving connection, but don’t believe ‘bro marketing’ promises that leave you feeling like you’ve failed again, this is the perfect first step!

This mini-session doesn’t promise easy unrealistic answers.
It does offer a first step back, and more often than not that it the hardest step.
