The Reclaiming You Retreat
April 10 - 12
Join us for an Intimate Gathering of Women*
to Rest, Renew, and Recharge
Without pressure to transform or perform - so you can go home feeling grounded, supported, and more like yourself again, with a nervous system that actually feels resourced.
*Transwomen are women. AFAB enbies are encouraged to come as well
What This Retreat Is…
Slow, spacious, and intentionally small.
It’s built around rest, not productivity. Around presence, not pushing.
There is structure, but it’s gentle. Guidance, not pressure. Everything is invitational. Nothing is forced.
This is a place to soften your shoulders, settle your nervous system, and remember what it feels like to be in your body without bracing.
And maybe even build community to last a lifetime.
When you get home, you may notice…
Your body feels more settled.
You don’t rush quite as much.
It’s easier to feel what’s a yes and what isn’t.
You let yourself rest without narrating it.
You move through your day with a little more space inside.
It’s easier to notice how beautiful you are.
Nothing dramatic.
Just a deeper sense of being yourself, and some skills to practice finding that sense of you when resilience is farther away.

Meet your hosts:
Gwyn Isaacs is a certified clinical sexologist, coach, and educator who helps people reconnect with desire, pleasure, and self-trust in ways that are grounded, trauma-informed, and deeply human. Her work centers nervous-system safety, consent, and the belief that pleasure is not frivolous… it’s foundational.
Working with folks individually since 2017, she is thrilled to be bringing her work to groups and to collaborate and co-create with you.
She brings warmth, honesty, and a deep respect for people’s lived experience into every space she holds.
Kim Colby is a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Holistic Nurse Coach specializing in ADHD, nervous system regulation, and sustainable self-care. Her work supports people in understanding how their brains and bodies function in a neurotypical world and how to build lives that work with their own distinct traits and personality, not against it.
Kim has been hosting ceremonies, retreats and coaching as a solopreneur for 3 years and is excited for this collaboration with Gwyn.
She brings steadiness, clarity, and a deeply compassionate presence to all she does.
